CocoNude Aesthetics is responsible for your personal data under Mexico's Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What we collect

What you share when you message us on Messenger or WhatsApp, or call us: your name, contact details, city or country of residence, the treatment you are interested in and any information you choose to send for your consultation. Health information you share is sensitive personal data, and we only use it with your express consent for that purpose.

How we use it

Main purposes: replying to your messages, coordinating your consultation and appointments, giving you your written total, arranging your stay and rides if you request them, and following up with you.

Secondary purposes: sending you CocoNude news and offers. To opt out at any time, message us on Messenger; this does not affect your care.

Who we share it with

With the health professionals and facilities involved in your care (for example, the doctor who performs your treatment or the recovery house you book), only to provide the service you requested, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your data.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies without your consent. If they are enabled in the future, you will be asked first.

Your rights

You can access, correct, delete or object to the use of your data, or withdraw your consent, by messaging us on Messenger with your name, the request and a form of ID. We reply within 20 business days and, if it applies, act on it within the following 15 business days.
