Your trip to Tijuana, planned with you.
Fly into San Diego from any U.S. city. Crossing, an optional ride from the airport, what to bring and how to get home, planned with you in English.
Messenger opens. Write «I'd like a consultation» and your coordinator takes it from there.

Getting to Tijuana.
- By car: most patients who drive cross at San Ysidro or Otay Mesa. Your coordinator shares directions to your appointment.
- SENTRI / Ready Lane: these can shorten your wait for some travelers. They are not required.
- Travel documents: bring the identification you use to re-enter the U.S. Check current requirements with U.S. Customs and Border Protection before you travel.
- Wait times change. Give yourself extra time, especially on your way home.
From San Diego airport.
If you would rather not drive across, we can arrange a ride from San Diego airport. It is optional and quoted separately. Your coordinator asks how you plan to get to Tijuana and helps with whichever way you choose.
Fly into San Diego.
- From Texas: there are nonstop flights to San Diego from Dallas–Fort Worth, Austin and El Paso. From Houston or San Antonio, you usually connect once.
- From other states: San Diego International Airport has flights from many U.S. cities.
- Then cross to Tijuana by car at San Ysidro or Otay Mesa, or with an optional ride from the airport, quoted separately.
- Flight schedules change. Check with your airline before you book.
Tijuana's airport.
Tijuana's airport mostly serves flights within Mexico. If you are connecting through another Mexican city, you can land in Tijuana. Cross Border Xpress (CBX), a pedestrian bridge from a terminal on the San Diego side, connects to Tijuana's airport for travelers with a flight to or from Tijuana.
