Free virtual consultation
A video call from home, free of charge. You go over the treatment, what to expect and any risks, and you can ask anything before you decide. In-person consultations are available too. Ask your coordinator.

Written quote with your full total
After your consultation you receive a written quote that shows your full total, so you know it before you commit to a date. Take the time you need to decide.

You arrive in Tijuana
Your coordinator confirms the day, the time and where to go. If you need a ride from San Diego airport, we can arrange it. It is optional and quoted separately.

Your treatment
Your sessions are planned around your trip. Injectable treatments are applied by a licensed doctor; device-based treatments and massages, by trained staff. How many sessions you need is defined at your consultation.

Recovery stay
If you are having surgery with your own surgeon, you can spend your first days afterward in our recovery house with 24-hour nursing care, three meals and two snacks a day, compression garment laundry and medical supplies. A transfer from the hospital to the house is included in most plans. Lymphatic drainage and massage sessions depend on your plan, and hyperbaric oxygen sessions are available as an add-on. Your surgeon decides how many nights you need.

Back home
Before you leave, your coordinator confirms what comes next in your plan. Once you are back home, wherever you live in the US, we keep in touch.

Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. The virtual consultation is free. In-person consultations are available too. Ask your coordinator for details.
Do I need a ride from San Diego?
No. If you arrive on your own, that works. If you would rather not drive, we can arrange a ride from San Diego airport. It is optional and quoted separately.
How do I pay?
Your treatments and, if you add it, your recovery stay are coordinated under one plan, so you receive a single written total. You can pay in cash, by bank transfer, by card, by QR code, by Zelle or by PayPal (we do not accept checks). Your coordinator confirms your total in writing before you book.
Will I know the total before I commit?
Yes. After your consultation you receive a written quote with your full total. If something is not in the quote, ask your coordinator before you pick a date.
What happens once I am back home?
Your coordinator checks in with you. If you have a medical concern, message your coordinator right away. In an emergency, call 911.
